Say yes to feeling good

ELIMINATION DIET

Do you have symptoms no one can figure out for you?

It could be a food sensitivity. Not all food sensitivities show up physically.

Emotional symptoms such as anxiety and depression can be linked to food sensitivity, along with a foggy head, mood swings, fatigue and irritability.

Physical symptoms of a food sensitivity can show up as body pain, eczema, runny nose or sinus issues, insomnia or migraines.

Digestive signs of a food sensitivity can show up as bloating, gas, diarrhea or constipation, IBS, nausea or reflux/heartburn.

Auto immune diseases and chronic inflammation can be greatly improved once offending foods are removed.

But how do you figure out what food is to blame?

An elimination diet can help you to figure out what the offending foods are and then help you to feel better.

An elimination diet removes the most common culprits and then when you’re feeling better, they are reintroduced one at a time. If your symptoms return, that’s the food that you are reacting to.

It starts with a detoxification phase (phase 1) lasting 2-5 days, followed by phase 2 full of calm nourishing foods for 2 weeks, and then phase 3 is the reintroduction phase where potentially reactive foods are slowly added back in. Start to finish it will be about 2 months of commitment.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

This program is available to join anytime!

I do a larger intake into the program in January compared to the rest of the year because it is a time of year that works best for many people, but you may join in at any time that works for you!

It can be hard to have much control over what you eat when life is busy and there are events and gatherings and long weekends and holidays that keep sidetracking us.  January and February are pretty low key compared to the rest of the year.  That's why January typically has the largest intake of people.

This program takes out the guess work.  You get recipes and meal plans and guidance at every step of the way.

The program is run on my Professional Platform, Practice Better, as well as a private Facebook group.  It is up to you to participate in the Facebook group portion or not but I recommend joining here as it is a supportive community of people with that same goals as you!  Practice Better offers a 'food and mood' journal to help you log and keep track of how you are doing and what symptoms may be linked to what food and has all of your check in forms.

Doing things as a group is shown to help people be more successful but there is absolutely zero need to participate in the 'group' part of it unless you would like to.

YOU DESERVE TO FEEL GOOD AND DO THE THINGS YOU LOVE

Take back your power by learning what foods are behind your symptoms

Once you discover what the offending foods are it is then your choice when it is worth eating them or not!

If you prefer to do the program on your own I also offer the Elimination Diet as a stand alone Booklet.

(The link for the group program is further down the page.)

I am sorry, the booklet is currently unavailable while I update it.
