What is an Elimination Diet?
An elimination diet is the BEST way to sort out for yourself what foods are causing your issues.
It involves removing common trigger foods from your diet for a period of time, then systematically reintroducing them to pinpoint which ones cause adverse reactions.
When foods are a common part of our diet it is hard to sort out what food is linked to what symptom because a reaction can take hours or even days to show up.
This approach can alleviate symptoms such as, but not limited to:
- Emotional Symptoms: Anxiety, depression, mood swings, irritability, and brain fog.
- Physical Symptoms: Body pain, eczema/psoriasis, fatigue, sinus issues, acne, insomnia, and headaches/migraines.
- Digestive Symptoms: Bloating, gas, diarrhea, constipation, nausea, and heartburn.
By identifying and eliminating problematic foods, you can significantly improve your well-being.

Program Outline
My comprehensive elimination diet program guides you through three stages over approximately four months:
1. Detoxification Stage (2–5 days): Remove potential allergens to cleanse your system.
2. Nourishment Stage (2 weeks): Introduce calming, nourishing foods to support healing.
3. Reintroduction Stage: Gradually reintroduce specific foods to identify sensitivities.

I run a group Elimination Diet Program every January to provide a supportive group environment for people who thrive better with community around them.
I chose January to run the group because compared to the rest of the year it is a time of year that works best for many people, but you may join in at any time that works for you!

It can be hard to have much control over what you eat when life is busy and there are events and gatherings and long weekends and holidays that keep sidetracking us. January through April are pretty low key compared to the rest of the year.

Doing things as a group is shown to help people be more successful but there is absolutely zero need to participate in the 'group' part of it unless you would like to.
