Detox?!?

I hate how the word 'detox' is thrown around in the health and wellness industry.

Our bodies naturally detoxify every single day.  We would all be dead if they didn't.

Without the appropriate support the natural detox systems in our bodies can become over burdened and could use a boost to help them work to the best of their ability.

 That is what this program is.

Learn all about how our body's natural detoxifying systems work, give them a boost and gently 'clean house' to get them up and running smoothly for you to feel great again!

Spring Reset is a very accessible program where Amanda and I will guide you though how to support both your body and your mind to feel great and make real, lasting change for the better.  

 

No massive time commitment.  You're going to be making yourself food anyways, it might as well be good food. It is only 2 weeks.  I picked these 2 weeks on purpose, there really isn't much going on for most of us compared to other times of the year.   Also, spring is a natural time to give ourselves a bit of a 'clean up' from all the winter comfort foods and lack of movement.  

  

We walk you through supporting your body in a healthy spring ‘detox’ - while still eating delicious foods, without starving yourself, and without buying an expensive, and possibly harmful, cleanses or detox products. 

 

No getting hangry here.  I believe eating enough to give our bodies the resources needed to work well is key to being successful in any health goal we take on and this is no different.

This 2 week program has no sugar, booze, wheat, dairy or eggs as these ingredients give your body more to process while we are trying to support your natural detoxification systems.  The meal plan is delicious, don't worry you won't miss them for 2 weeks.  

 

By removing these items our bodies are better able to get rid of anything built up that needs dealing with and be able to run more efficiently.  

 

When our natural detox systems aren't working well you can have symptoms such as weight gain, fatigue, headaches/migraines, brain fog, digestive issues, IBS, constipation, joint pain or skin issues like eczema and acne.  

 

I will focus on proper hydration, transit time, how your body deals with everyday toxins and how you can maintain these processes to help them always do their best while you enjoy your life.  

 

Amanda tackles the mind set half of things.  If we only address our body and not our brain things usually don't stick.  Yo-yo anyone?  If you have tried things in the past but the improvements you found didn't stay with you, it is likely that you have some stuff upstairs that needs to be addressed.  

 

We removed the mental load of trying to figure out what to do or where to start, you just need to follow along!

 

By taking the approach of detoxing our body AND our brain we help you to be as successful as possible in lasting, positive change!
