Spring Reset is a very accessible program where I will guide you though how to support both your body and your mind to feel great and make real, lasting change for the better.
No massive time commitment. You're going to be making yourself food anyways, it might as well be good food. It is only a week. I picked this week on purpose, there really isn't much going on for most of us compared to other times of the year. Also, spring is a natural time to give ourselves a bit of a 'clean up' from all the winter comfort foods and lack of movement.
I walk you through supporting your body in a healthy spring ‘detox’ - while still eating delicious foods, without starving yourself, and without buying an expensive, and possibly harmful, cleanses or detox products.
No getting hangry here! (or maybe ever again) I believe eating enough to give our bodies the resources needed to work well is key to being successful in any health goal we take on and this is no different.
