Work with me!

My one-on-one coaching program will give you the guidance and accountability you need for long term, sustainable succuss. You are not stuck where you are, and you are not alone.

 

This is a month-to-month program and includes:

-One 30 min call with me to discuss goals and make a plan for the coming month (your first month we have 2 calls) 

-Weekly check ins to keep you accountable, on track and to answer your questions

-Access to the Practice Better App where you can log your meals and track your progress

-Nutritional Guidance to support your specific goals

-Supplement recommendations

-Small, actionable goals to move you in the direction you need to go without being overwhelming

 

You can customize the program to offer more support, by adding on more calls or meal plans.

This program is appropriate for anyone who would like to feel better than you do now. 

Healthy weight loss, blood sugar management (prediabetic) or chronic fatigue fit perfectly into this space.

 

$320 per month, or $285 per month with a minimum commitment of 3 months

$65 for each additional call

$90 to add a meal plan or a recipe bundle to your program

Elimination Diet Program 

 

This Program includes:

-Access to the entire elimination diet right from the beginning so that you can see what is coming and be prepared

-Access to the Practice Better app to log your food, symptoms and track your progress

-4 weeks of detailed meal plans, recipes and shopping lists

-Supplement recommendations

-ok foods and not ok foods for each stage of the diet

-How to prepare to be most successful

-Why eating enough food is important

-Guidance on how to look for places ingredients hide

-Guidance on how to live your life and not live in a bubble while on elimination diet

-Guidance in how to proceed with re introducing foods, what to look for etc

-Pre and post program calls with the option to add in more calls for a fee

-Weekly check ins to track your progress, keep you accountable, on track and to answer your questions

 

$320 per month (minimum of 4 months)

$65 for each additional call

Being told you need to do an elimination diet and stop eating ALL THE THINGS you usually eat can be incredibly daunting.  I’ve been there.  It was very hard to do on my own. 

I’ve developed this 4-month program to walk you though step by step.

Spring Reset

Food Intolerance Testing

The prevalence of IgG mediated food intolerances are believed to impact up to 50% of the population.  Eating foods you have an intolerance to can result in chronic inflammation and subsequent production of symptoms. These symptoms can take days to months to manifest; therefore, it is difficult to identify the offending foods.

 

Food sensitivities, if ignored, can have a significant impact on the quality of life of patients and their families.
