Why work with a nutritionist?
Bodies have an incredible ability to heal when we give them the resources needed and remove what’s causing the damage.
Many of us know what to do in theory but have a hard time applying this to their lives and sticking with it. There are many of us who are simply overwhelmed by the amount of conflicting information out there and have no clue where to start.
That's where I help. Together we identify your goal (finding food sensitivities, healthy weight loss, blood sugar management, more energy, athletic performance, better sleep, stomach issues to fix, trying to avoid needing to go on medication, what ever your personal goal is) and I break it down into manageable steps, keep you accountable and on the right track.
It's like having a work out buddy that makes you get up and go to the gym, who without, you wouldn't know what to do, not go half the time you had planned to and have a signifyingly harder time sticking to your plan and reaching your goal.

Have you considered that food may be at the root of your symptoms?
Hidden food sensitivities are often the cause of frustrating and hard to figure out symptoms. You don't have to accept that this just is how it is.
Often we eat a food so regularly that it is hard to figure out that our symptoms are linked to it. Add to that some symptoms of a food sensitivity won't show up for hours or days after eating the offending food and it is easy to see how food sensitivities can be over looked.
Food sensitivities can show up in our bodies in many ways, headaches/migraines, fatigue, body/joint pain, anxiety/depression, brain fog, weight gain/inability to lose weight, eczema/psoriasis, heart burn, indigestion, constipation/diarrhea can all be linked to food!
An Elimination Diet is the best way to determine if your symptoms are linked to a food sensitivity.
We are not lazy, undisciplined, or dumb. We are complicated, whole beings. If one part isn’t working optimally it will affect more of the system than just itself. Finding the source of the imbalance and supporting it, being kind to ourselves and giving our bodies what they need to work with will make the difference.
